How Your Custom Order Works

1. Choose your style. Select the figure design and any available display or gift-box option. Review the selected variant and price before checkout.
2. Place your order. After checkout, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order to confirm the photo and design details.
3. Send your photo. Please provide a clear, well-lit image with the person or pet fully visible. A front-facing photo with important details unobstructed is helpful.
4. Review your design preview. Your initial preview is usually prepared within 1–3 business days after your photo and design details are confirmed. We will email it to you for approval.
5. Request revisions if needed. Each order includes up to 5 complimentary design revisions. Additional revisions are US$10 each.
6. Approve the design. Please check the preview carefully. Production begins after you approve the design.
7. Production and shipping. Production usually takes 3–5 business days after approval. Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you where available. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and service.

What to Expect

• Personalized, stylized design: The figure is created using available building-block pieces. Exact, 100% photographic likeness cannot be guaranteed, and small differences may occur between the approved preview and the finished item.
• DIY assembly required: The product arrives as individual building-block pieces, not as a fully assembled figurine.
• Variant-specific details: Figure count, accessories, display pieces, and gift-box inclusion depend on the option you select. Please review the selected variant carefully.
• Order updates: We use your checkout email for photo confirmation, design previews, approval, and shipping updates. Check your inbox and spam folder so your order is not delayed.

Custom Order Revisions and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the design after the included revision process, please contact us before production begins. If the design cannot be finalized and production has not started, we can review cancellation and refund options.

• Before production: Contact us if you decide not to proceed. Cancellations and refunds depend on the order's design and production status.
• After design approval and production begins: Orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind because the item is personalized.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
• Consumer rights: Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
