Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories and parts must be included.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Please note:
✅ Damaged / defective items: You must send us photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer replacement or refund for defective goods.
❌ Buyer’s remorse / wrong size: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
❌ Items with obvious signs of assembly, scratches, wear or missing parts cannot be returned.

Return Process:
1. Email us to submit your return request with your order number.
2. We will send return instructions after review.
3. Ship the item back to the designated return address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Sale items are non-refundable.
